How we supply 963 unique European addresses

Yamaha Motor Europe and their Marine division need to secure design, printing, kitting, and direct mail services for their Dealer guide catalog every year before their summer season starts. This project includes printing thousands of catalogs and envelopes with hundreds of unique addresses, kitting the right quantity of catalogs for specific addresses and full delivery to 963 dealers in 27 countries across Europe.

The right technology for the right part

In addition to designing this catalog and kitting, we were able to involve only 2 suppliers in the project. Each step was guided by our know-how and expertise, each supplier tracked and instructed in the entire procedure. Thanks to our internal processes, we were able to complete this project within 4 weeks, including shipping to 963 addresses in 27 countries.

What did we learn from this project?

The Yamaha Helm Master system is a surprisingly unique technology. It digitally controls all the steering, gear shifting and throttle work of twin or triple mount large-class Yamaha outboards. Complementing the standard steering and remote-control unit, the single joystick control enables fore-aft, port-starboard and diagonal motion, as well as in-place rotation of the bow.
